Great memories

Created by Dave 6 months ago

Mark was one of three brothers, Rob & myself (Dave) being the other two.

Earliest memories include holidays in Cheshire at our grandparents property. We would eat porridge for breakfast, then head off to the local stream to build mud dams & sail paper boats downstream. Afternoons would be spent in the garden, often with wresting competitions which Mark would invariably win!

As we grew older we attended the same school, Marlborough College. From there to Uni where Mark & I would reunite in several London pubs & share a beer or four....

From there, we brothers married & started our own families.

It was always a pleasure to catch up with Mark & Gill, and to spend time with Luke & Toby. It is rare to see a family so united & committed to each other.

I remember Mark as a great family man, a highly respected educator & an all round awesome human being.

Mark, you were taken far too soon, and I miss your generosity & your sense of humour.

Take care mate.
