Mark was incredibly supportive as a Head of Phase and gave me lots of his time. He was also a wonderful source of inspiration for book suggestions! More recently, he was the first person to sponsor me for a charity event to support the hospice that cared for my mother, which speaks of his kind and supportive nature.
