Mr Stringer was such an enthusiastic and caring teacher but above all, a great man. I will always remember his love for all-stars cricket and for being such a great host on sports day, thus making sports day such a staple for everyone. He will be sorely missed. A life well-lived is always worth celebrating, and boy did you live your life well. You were a mentor to so many of us and the best of friends when advice and support was needed. You shared jokes, and in turn you laughed so often. To those of us who worked and lived in Courtauld, it will always remain as the Stringer Centre.
